C-MED image processing software package provides a comprehensive set ofinteractive tools for image and data analysis. Data from a variety ofsources, such as CT, MRI, PET, and SPECT, can be processed. All data isconverted and processed internally with 32-bit precision.Functions such as histogram, statistics, calibration, color table, edgetracking, convolution, and FFT are available through simple menuselection. Realtime enhancements such as profile, brightness, contrast,threshold, and range can be used to control which data values are used inan image processing operation. Many geometric operators are available inorder to create complex spatial regions of interests. ROI also supportsholes.A variety of input and output file formats are supported, and C-MEDaccommodates multiple modalities.
